Over the course of her career, Morgan worked closely with high-net-worth and multi-generational families, business owners, attorneys, CPAs, and fiduciaries. Through this work, a clear pattern emerged: while families often have access to talented professionals, those professionals rarely operate in a truly coordinated way. Planning, investments, trusts, philanthropy, and governance were too often addressed in isolation, leaving families exposed to inefficiencies, misalignment, and unnecessary complexity.
